Real Infrastructure. Real Ingredients. Real Impact.

Our investment extends far beyond an idea. From responsible harvest to food-grade processing, we've built the facilities, systems, and commercial capabilities needed to create lasting value for customers and America's waterways.

An industry founded by the people who saw the opportunity before anyone else

Invasive carp are among the most serious ecological threats facing American freshwater systems, crowding out native species and destabilizing the rivers and lakes that millions of people and entire regional economies depend on. For decades, the response was containment: a problem to be managed, fought, and absorbed at public expense.

Impact Fisheries was founded on a different conviction — that the most effective way to remove an invasive species at scale is to make it worth removing. Where others saw a liability to be contained, our founders saw a highly nutritious, abundant resource and built the means to turn it into market-ready ingredients. That insight became the foundation of a new industry: one in which commercial demand, not short-term campaigns, drives lasting ecological restoration.

Today that vision is operating, not theoretical. We are pioneering the first large-scale U.S. harvest and processing platform built to commercialize this resource for modern food and pet nutrition markets — connecting responsible sourcing, food-grade processing, and disciplined product development into a single commercial engine.

We did not set out to start a movement. We set out to build a business sound enough to fix the problem permanently. The result is an industry designed to restore the very waterways that supply it.

Creating Commercial Value That Lasts

Our Mission. We transform an abundant, wild-caught freshwater resource into nutritious, responsibly produced ingredients for people and pets — building commercial value that restores balance to American waterways in the process.

Our Vision. A future in which a fish once treated only as a threat becomes a valued, sustainable resource: one that feeds families, supplies modern food and pet nutrition markets, and strengthens the communities and ecosystems it comes from.

Where Abundance Becomes Opportunity

Our facility in Piedmont, Missouri is the operational heart of Impact Fisheries. Here, responsible sourcing, modern processing, and rigorous quality standards come together to create trusted ingredient solutions with lasting commercial and environmental value.

Impact Fisheries was founded on a simple idea: commercial innovation can create lasting environmental impact. Today, we are building a large-scale ingredient commercialization platform that transforms underutilized freshwater resources into market-ready products—creating value for customers while helping restore balance to America's waterways.
